High-level training for serious middle and high school athletes. Two tracks, four days a week, one standard: compete at the next level.
By middle school, it's clear which players are wired differently. They stay after practice. They text their coach about film. They care about getting better the way other kids care about their phone. Those are the players we built this program for.
Basketball Performance is designed for athletes ages 12 to 18 who are serious about competing at a high level — whether that means making the varsity team, earning college attention, or eventually training alongside our alumni at the professional level. This isn't a rec program with a fancy name. It's a true performance pipeline, built in partnership with Redline Fitness Weston.
The program splits into two tracks: Performance for players building their base, and Elite for the highest-level athletes targeting the shoe circuit, college, and beyond. Both tracks combine on-court skill training with dedicated strength & conditioning — because at this age, the players who separate themselves are the ones doing the work others aren't.
For competitive middle and high school players building their foundation for varsity basketball. Structured skill development paired with basketball-specific strength & conditioning.
For high-level high school athletes competing at the highest club and shoe-circuit levels. Training designed to prepare players for college recruitment and professional pathways.
On-court basketball skill development sessions per month. Ball handling, shooting, footwork, finishing, and position-specific work — all coached by Creation staff.
Basketball-specific strength and conditioning sessions per month at Redline Fitness. Built by performance coaches who understand what basketball players actually need.
Dedicated speed, agility, and explosiveness sessions per month. Improve first-step quickness, lateral movement, and vertical jump — the traits that show up on the court.
Monthly check-in on performance metrics, skill benchmarks, and game footage. Players know where they stand and what they're working on next.
Individual film review sessions focused on the player's own game footage. Learning to see basketball the way coaches see it — and making adjustments in real time.
Creation's network of coaches, scouts, and alumni at the college and pro levels. High-performing players gain exposure opportunities earned through their development.

We'll help you decide during the trial. Performance is the starting point for competitive players building toward varsity. Elite is for players already competing at the highest club levels, shoe circuit athletes, or players being actively recruited. There's no shame in starting with Performance — many of our Elite players came up through it.
Yes. Track placement is about where a player will grow the most right now. As they develop, we move them up. If an Elite player needs more foundational reps, we adjust. The goal is always the player's best interest.
No. Some of our players are varsity starters. Others haven't made their school team yet and are training to earn that spot. What matters is commitment to the work.
We build schedules that work around club basketball. Many of our players use Creation as their primary off-season and in-season development outside of their team practices. We adapt — your player's long-term growth is the priority.
